Dean + Katharyn

Danesfield House is a majestic wedding venue in Marlow-on-Thames, it was the perfect spot for Dean and Katharyn’s spring wedding.  Dean and Katharyn booked us to document their whole day and that’s exactly what we did, were there from prep right until the final song of the night. It was amazing! The morning was a mixture of nervous and excited energy as these guys got ready to say their vowels.

Katharyn was surrounded by her bridesmaids and family while Dean was getting ready with the boys. We both love prep as we get to know who’s who and start to document the wedding story from early in the day. We find these photos play an integral part of the gallery as they set the scene and there are lots of emotions and nerves flying around.

The ceremony was held in the pink Versailles Suite at Danesfield House, it’s such an elegant space. It was so lovely capturing Katharyn walking down the isle and seeing Dean’s reaction, he was absolutely blown away. They were so giggly and happy, which is always amazing to see.

They had drinks on the terrace and then we took them off for photos in the grounds before everyone sat down for a feast.

The speeches were hilarious and a life size cut of Dean made an appearance.

So what’s left, ah yes, the party!!! What a party it was! The Dance floor was banging, it did not stop. DJ Lee Russell played tune after tune and we documented it all. We loved being Danesfield House Wedding Photographers and can’t wait to return.
